Paradigm Label was founded by Curtis and Ginger Harton. After a combined 30 year career in label manufacturing, it was time for them to experience the “American Dream” and start a label company of they’re own.

Curtis started in the label manufacturing industry in 1985. "I started out at a small label shop as part of the clean-up crew, cleaning and washing the ink trays and fountains. I showed an interest and willingness to learn about this industry and the process that took place. After gaining more knowledge in the trade, I became a press operator. After learning and experiencing what I could in a small label company, I had the opportunity to grow as the Director of Manufacturing for the largest manufacturer of prime printed labels in the world. Limitless possibilities were at my disposal for testing, manufacturing, and researching new products and materials, along with taking on the challenge of efficiently managing over 100 employees. I’ve learned a lot about this industry through experience, dedication, and willingness to learn from skilled people and new technology,” Says Curtis.

The two make a great team. Ginger is a knowledge based sales person. She provides solutions for any problem that would arrive and has her customers’ expectations at the top of her goals. “I always do my very best for my customers and their products. And am extremely grateful to our customers,” Says Ginger, on her relationship with her customers.

Paradigm’s goal is to provide outstanding printed products, with exceptional service with a fair and competitive price. The knowledge of the industry and integrity held here is an added benefit for our customers. Our in house manufacturing process insures success to the end user, making it easy to stand behind our products. We enjoy keeping a safe, clean and productive atmosphere with our employees. Encouraging mutual respect and good work ethic, which shows in our products.
